Role

We’re looking for a quota-carrying US Account Executive to join our Point of Sale team and close deals with US merchants and reseller partners across retail and restaurant segments.

This is a Bangalore-based role, working closely with US prospects. You will be reporting to the SDR Manager and working in a tightly aligned SDR → AE motion.. If you’ve sold POS, merchant services, or fintech and understand how US SMBs evaluate and buy software, this role gives you real ownership—from qualified lead to close.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle for US POS opportunities (SDR-qualified leads → closed-won)
  • Run consultative demos, mapping POS workflows, payments, and integrations to real merchant pain points
  • Close deals with US merchants and reseller/ISO partners
  • Compete effectively in a crowded POS + payments market with clear positioning and value articulation
  • Consistently hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene, accurate pipeline tracking, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with SDRs and onboarding teams to drive smooth handoffs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in POS, merchant services, or fintech
  • Proven ability to close deals with US SMB merchants from offshore or global teams
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable working US business hours from Bangalore
  • Ability to work independently while aligned with an SDR-led outbound and inbound motion
  • Confidence representing the company in US-facing demos, partner calls, and events

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience selling into restaurants, QSRs, retail, or liquor stores
  • Background in payments, acquiring, or reseller/ISO-led sales
  • Exposure to industry events, partner enablement calls, or live merchant demos
  • Experience selling into a highly competitive or commoditized market
