Role Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our payment solutions across the US and India markets. This role will be responsible for defining product strategy, roadmap, and features for our payment offerings, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.

As a Product Manager at OneHubPOS, your Primary Responsibilities will include:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our payment solutions across the US and India markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
Customer Focus:
- Deeply understand the needs and pain points of our customers in the US and India.
- Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Advocate for the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
Data Analysis & Decision Making:
- Analyze data (e.g., usage data, customer feedback, market trends) to identify areas for improvement and measure product performance.
- Use data to prioritize features, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap, and updates to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
- Experience in defining and launching successful products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Passion for technology and a strong understanding of the payments industry.

- Experience with payments in the US and/or India markets.
- Proven experience in defining and launching successful payment products
- Experience with mobile payments and digital wallets.
- Experience with A/B testing and other product experimentation methodologies.
