Role Summary :
The Technical Program Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of OneHubPOS software development programs. This role requires strong communication and technical understanding to drive projects from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

As a Technical Program Manager at OneHubPOS, your Primary Responsibilities will include:
Program Management Experience:
- 3+ years experience in managing and delivering software development programs
- Good to have - Hands-on experience in implementing Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to develop, track and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Strong risk management and issue resolution skills
- Must-have experience with project tracking tools like jira, Asana
Leadership & Communication:
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, product managers, and executives
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Strategic Thinking & Planning:
- Ability to define program scope and objectives, and develop project plans to achieve them
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform program decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer Focus:
- Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Ability to translate customer requirements into clear and actionable program goals
- Focus on delivering high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the SaaS
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
- Excellent project planning, execution, and monitoring skills
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with Lean methodologies
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- PMP or PgMP certification
